Building a personality: Stage 1 – Peace

Intend peace. Anything that does not bring peace into your life is not important. Keep thoughts on peace. Meditation builds inner peace; inner peace is the experience of peace in oneself. It is possible to feel difficult emotions and feel peace at the same time.

If you are experiencing difficult/challenging emotions; allow those emotions to be the and feel them while keeping peace at the focus of your attention. Listen to spiritual audiobooks while experiencing difficult emotions if you need assistance keeping your mind on truth and peaceful thoughts.

Say to yourself “I am peace”. Remind yourself throughout the day that “I am peace”, and embody the peace. Feel the peace. Peace is always here, it is just a matter of looking for it within ourselves and keeping our attention placed on it. Calming deep slow breathes and focus on peace.
