Releasing thoughts and emotions

Feel emotions fully, but don’t resist that it is there in any way. Resistance keeps it there. If you want something in this moment to be some other way then it already is, is resisting what is. Which creates pain. 

I am open to any way that the present moment wants to experience itself. Trusting in the present moment. 

When you realize that the thoughts you just had added nothing to the moment; and only distracted you from the aliveness of the moment in front of you. Let the thoughts go, they aren’t useful. The peace of not thinking will feel weird, somewhat uncomfortable when you aren’t use to it. You aren’t use to what that good feeling feels like. Stick with it though. True aliveness and peace is what is now, without the cloudy mind activity. Imaginary scenarios are worthless. 

Deep breaths during the difficult emotions helps. 

Let the emotions pass, without resisting them. Don’t hold them back. Let the emotions flow. This is what this practice is about. Live your life where your emotions flow freely without restraint. Holding emotions in, is how people suffer. You don’t need to think or act out an emotion, but they do need to be felt. 

Practice thoughtlessness. Thoughts are not who you are. Thoughts are seductive, and will lead you back to thinking nonstop leading you to depression and bad vibes. Break out of it, thoughts are not who you are. Practice not thinking. Quiet time is not enough, if you are thinking the whole time during it. 

Thoughts will try to keep you busy in thinking and tasks to where you forget who you are. Go back to spirit which is not in thinking or tasks
