Feeling it

I should mention that the more one feels the difficult emotions stored inside, the easier it is to do so. It’s like the peace inside grows slowly from allowing/accepting this moment as it is, even when pain is there. Peace grows. Then even when feeling the emotion, peace is there at the same time.

And the presence of pain really isn’t bothersome anymore.

Also noting, that it’s not wishing it go away. It’s patience to give the pain your loving attention, to allow it to be felt, so that it releases in its own time. It wants to be released. (It’s like when people cry in church, it’s the exact same thing. The light causing them to heal by releasing pain in them)

Also, “A course in miracles” is the most life changing book I’ve ever read.

Not wanting the pain to be there creates more pain, from wanting what is to be different then what it is in the present. Resistance to what is causes more pain.

Also, cannot force it. Can’t force feeling the emotion/energy. Forcing is straining which keeps it there rather then allowing it to be released.

Deep breath after a big wave of emotion is helpful.

Feel it with your eyes closed and occasionally you’ll see the inner eye for a few seconds.

Helpful taking many deep breaths and getting a tingling sensation and putting your focus on that tingling sensation rather then the emotion while experiencing a strong emotion passing through; makes it a lot easier and you barely notice the actual pain passing through.
