The kingdom of heaven is within you. You only exist physically in the present moment. Which means that Heaven and hell are in the present moment depending on how close you are spiritually to God.
The final judgment is the judgement you make with the Holy Spirit against supporting the ego beliefs within yourself. The ego cannot exist without your belief in what it says. The death of your ego is the last judgement that brings you the full experience of Heaven and is available now, most importantly while your body is still living.
