Not to believe in every thought

On the deep level, the real level; Everyone is really only spirit. Everyone is already complete. Everything you actually need you already have. Patience is already in you. Wisdom is already available to you from within.

As people grow up they begin and are taught to believe in illusions and things/ideas that are not true. You are not a sinner and you never were. You may believe that, or may have believed that. But really you never were a sinner, only a person that believed in things that were not true causing them to make mistakes. Your identity is not based on what you believe about yourself but rather your identity will only ever actually be perfect child of God. Because that is what God sees in you. Because God doesn’t see illusions because he knows they aren’t real. God sees children that he loves very much and that they make mistakes and can be misled by others, but has patience for them to make the right choices in the future. God values everyone absolutely. And the choices they make in this moment are the only thing that’s important.

The present moment always is what matters and the past never matters.

A type of thought can become a pattern. And just because a thought comes, does not mean that thought is true. We can call thoughts out for being false. Also we don’t have to do what a thought tells us to do.

When we decide to not believe in a certain type of thought (such that angry thought is false I don’t believe what it says) over time it will happen less often. Because a pattern of thought gets it’s strength by us believing in it and acting it out.

Self limiting beliefs do not change how God sees us. It they don’t change who we really are. They only trick us into not acting out our full potential. Self limiting beliefs only exist as illusions in the mind, and they only exist there because they are believed in. Illusions can quickly disappear when we choose to not believe in them anymore
